Potato Sausage Casserole
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 3 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
- In large casserole pan layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage.
- Repeat layers again, ending with sausage.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake covered pan at 350F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
