Cherry Chocolate Brownies Recipe
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 can cherry pie filling (sm.)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Brownies: Grease and flour 2 pans; 1 9x13 pan and 1 - 8x10 pan.
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Stir till well blended.
- Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Cold.
- Frosting: Mix together sugar, lowfat milk and butter in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add in the chocolate chips; stir till blended.
- Cold slightly.
- Frost brownies.
- Cold and cut into bars or possibly squares.
