Pepper Glazed Steaks

  1. In small bowl stir together paprika, pepper, garlic powder and salt.
  2. Cut sirloin steak into 4 pieces; rub pepper mixture onto both sides of meat.
  3. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add meat.
  4. Cook, turning once, to desired doneness (6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove meat from skillet, set aside.
  6. Increase heat to high.
  7. Add green pepper and onion to skillet.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are crisply tenter (1-2 minutes).
  9. Reduce heat to low; stir in jelly and vinegar.
  10. Return meat to pan; turn to coat w/ glaze.
  11. Cover; cook until heated through (2-3 minutes.
  12. To serve, Place meat and glaze over rice.
