Pecan Pie Imperial Recipe

  1. Pour pecans into unbaked pie shell, distribute proportionately.
  2. Cream butter, add in sugar and blend.
  3. Add in Large eggs one at a time, blend thoroughly.
  4. Add in cream and vanilla flavoring, blend and pour into pie shell over pecans.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  6. This will make 2 pies when using store bought pie shells.
