Tuna Or Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 1 c. tuna
- 1/2 c. cooked pasta
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 9 to 10 pitted ripe olives
- Healthy pinch dry oregano
- 1 tbsp. olive or possibly lemon juice
- 1 lg. tomato
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans or possibly pea pods.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flake tuna; add in all except tomato, beans, and seasonings.
- Cover and chill.
- Before serving add in tomato, beans and seasoning.
- Mix well.
