Vodka Sauce Recipe

  1. In a sauce pan, add in oil, butter onions and garlic.
  2. Saute/fry till onions are clear.
  3. Add in vodka, tomatoes and parsley.
  4. Slowly fold in the cream.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste, add in pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
