Vodka Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 c. of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. onions choped
- 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 c. vodka
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a sauce pan, add in oil, butter onions and garlic.
- Saute/fry till onions are clear.
- Add in vodka, tomatoes and parsley.
- Slowly fold in the cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste, add in pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
