Teriyaki Sauce II

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sherry wine
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 4 teaspoons powdered ginger
• 12 cup consomme
• 1 clove garlic, minced

1. Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade.
2. An excellent baste for chicken, beef and turkey.
