Gruyere Puff

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper in bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. In 9-inch ovenproof skillet, melt butter.
  5. Swirl to coat all sides.
  6. Pour in batter.
  7. Transfer to oven.
  8. Bake until puffed and dark golden, 30 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with salt, serve hot.
