Pumpkin Pillows

  1. Microwave caramels and water in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  2. ; stir until caramels are completely melted.
  3. Cool 2 min.
  4. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 tsp.
  5. cinnamon.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Whisk cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, flour, zest and remaining cinnamon until blended; spoon about 2 tsp.
  8. onto center of each won ton wrapper.
  9. Moisten edges with egg white; fold diagonally in half.
  10. Pinch edges together tightly to seal.
  11. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Add won tons, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until evenly browned.
  13. Drain.
  14. Cool.
  15. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  16. Serve with caramel sauce.
