Salmon Patties (croquette style)

  1. Heat oil in frypan on med.high heat.
  2. Remove large bones and skin from Salmon.
  3. Mix rest of ingredients into fish.
  4. Mixture will be wet.
  5. Fry about 5 min.
  6. each side, until browned.
  7. Drain on towels.

canola oil, salmon, onion, celery, pepper, italian bread, eggs, mayo, lemon juice, parsley, salt
