Texas Chili
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 large onion, Sliced
- 3 12 cups tomatoes (no.2 1/2 Size Can)
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 3 whole cloves
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 1 -2 tablespoon chili powder
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (8 ounce) can mexican style beans (I use red beans)
- Brown Together: Ground Beef, Green Pepper, Sliced Onion.
- Drain fat.
- Then Add: Tomatoes, Salt, Cloves, Paprika, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Bay leaf.
- Simmer for 2 hours, adding water if necessary.
- Before Serving Add: (I add about 30mins before done) Pinto beans, Mexican beans.
