Meatloaf with Herb Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Chop 1/2 cup parsley and 3 cloves garlic.
  3. Add to large bowl with next 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing; mix lightly.
  5. Shape into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with sage leaves.
  6. Bake 50 min.
  7. Brush with 2 Tbsp.
  8. honey.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. or meatloaf is done (160 degrees F).
  11. Remove from oven; cover loosely with foil.
  12. Let stand 10 min.
  13. Meanwhile, blend remaining parsley, garlic, dressing and honey in blender until smooth.
  14. Cook in saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
  15. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  16. Serve with the sliced meatloaf.
