Egg, Ham, Cheese Bake Recipe
- 2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
- 2 c. diced ham
- 7 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c. butter
- Approximately 1/2 loaf of bread with cut crusts
- Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Line pan with bread slices.
- Sprinkle 2 c. grated cheese.
- Add in 2 c. of diced ham.
- Add in another layer of bread slices.
- Beat the Large eggs and add in lowfat milk, mustard and salt.
- Pour mix in pan.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top.
- Dot with butter.
- Make the night before, cover with foil and chill.
- Remove foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Let stand 15 min before serving.
