Apricot Scones Recipe

  1. HEAT oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Mix baking mix, apricots, whipping cream, 3 Tbsp.
  4. sugar and the egg till soft dough forms.
  5. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat.
  6. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
  7. PAT dough into 8-inch circle on cookie sheet (if dough is sticky, dip fingers into baking mix).
  8. Brush with lowfat milk; sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Cut into 8 wedges but don't separate.
  10. BAKE about 12 min or possibly till golden.
  11. lmmediately remove from cookie sheet; carefully separate wedges.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. 8 scones.
