Cocktail al Souk

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Fig Vodka
• 1/2 ounce amaretto
• 2 drops of rose flower water
• 2 dashes of mint bitters
• 1 mint leaf

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the mint leaf.
3. Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Float the mint leaf on the surface of the drink.
