Meatless Chik'n Biscuit Bites
- 3 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 1 refrigerated buttermilk biscuit, split horizontally
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 tsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Heat meatless nuggets as directed on package.
- Prepare and bake refrigerated biscuit as directed on package.
- Sandwich nuggets between biscuit halves; drizzle with honey.
- Add almonds to margarine in skillet; saute until toasted.
- Stir in thawed beans and cook just until heated through.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Enjoy a kiwi for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
