Tortillas Mexicanas
- 1 packet tortilla wraps, 10 or so
- 100 g guacamole (see my recipe)
- 100 g salsa (see my recipe)
- 150 g mince beef
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp hot chilli powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 50 g mature cheddar, grated
- 100 g sour cream
- Prepare the salsa and guacamole first using the corresponding recipes (or if you're feeling lazy, buy pre-made from a shop)
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and garlic to sizzling point before adding the mince.
- Cook the mince with plenty of salt, cumin, and chilli powder.
- Heat the wraps 3 or 4 at a time in the microwave and serve in the middle for everyone to peel off and prepare their own tortilla, folding the bottom to prevent liquid escaping as each person adds mince, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and salsa from individual bowls.
