Asian Pear Sorbet

  1. Peel the pear, and cube into pieces several cm thick.
  2. Add pear, lemon juice, and sugar to the blender, and blend.
  3. It is fine if there are some chunks left.
  4. Transfer the mixture (from Step 2) into a zip lock bag, add the water to the mixer and give it a whirl.
  5. Make sure any remaining bits of pear are also poured into the bag.
  6. Chill in freezer for about 2 hours.
  7. After an hour or so, take out the bag and work it a little to break up the chunks.
