Hamburger Pie Recipe

• 1 pound hamburger
• 2 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg
• 1 c. Bisquick
• 1/4 c. soft butter
• 3 tbsp. boiling water

1. Mix beef, onion, spices and egg.
2. Spread in pie pan.
3. Combine Bisquick and butter.
4. Mix and add in water.
5. Stir vigorously.
6. Spread on top of beef mix.
7. Bake 25-30 min in a 375 degree oven.
