Peanut Butter-Banana Crunch Pudding

  1. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Add peanut butter to pudding; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 48 dessert or portion cups (or 6 dessert cups for trial recipe); top with layers of 1/3 cup banana slices and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  5. of the crushed wafers.
  6. Repeat layers of the pudding mixture and crushed wafers.
  7. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the whipped topping.
