Peanut Butter-Banana Crunch Pudding
- 1-1/3 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 gal. milk
- 2-1/2 cups peanut butter
- 16 each medium bananas, sliced
- 192 each vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
- 1-1/2 qt. prepared whipped topping
- Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package; cover.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Add peanut butter to pudding; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 48 dessert or portion cups (or 6 dessert cups for trial recipe); top with layers of 1/3 cup banana slices and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the crushed wafers.
- Repeat layers of the pudding mixture and crushed wafers.
- Top each with 2 Tbsp.
