Slow Cooked Beef Stroganoff

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the meat, garlic, pepper, bullion cube, soup, onion, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and water.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
  3. Saute mushrooms in a skillet with the butter and add them to the slow cooker 1/2 an hour before serving.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream just before serving.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
