Omelet Filled with Natto, Tuna and Mayonnaise

  1. Mince the onion.
  2. Put it into a heatproof container and microwave for about 90 seconds.
  3. It's ready to go if it gets really hot.
  4. Mix together the onion, tuna, mayonnaise, natto (with the sauce), and black pepper.
  5. Spread the oil in a heated frying pan.
  6. Crack the eggs into the pan.
  7. Stir the eggs quickly.
  8. Place the cheese on top of the soft-set eggs.
  9. Then put the mixed ingredients (Step 2) on top and roll the omelet up to finish.
