Creamy Corn Casserole

• 3 (16 ounce) cans cream-style corn
• 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
• 1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 egg
• 12 cup milk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 12 cup chopped green onion

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (except for green onions) and pour into a 13 x 9 casserole dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle green onions on top.
3. Bake in 350 oven for 50-60 minutes.
4. The top will be lightly browned.
