Hot Dog Mexican Rice Wrap
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 OSCAR MAYER Jalapeno and Cheddar Franks, sliced
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Bring salsa and broth to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add franks; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 5 min.
- or until rice is tender.
- Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
