Turkish Bread with Morrocan Harissa and Haloumi
- 1 large (30cm) Turkish bread, cut into 20 x 1.5cm slices
- Garlic olive oil spray
- 180g block Haloumi cheese, cut into 10 slices then halved diagonally
- 1 x 150g tub Captain's Table Moroccan Harissa Dip
- Baby rocket leaves, for garnish
- SPRAY the Turkish bread slices with the garlic olive oil.
- Place onto two baking trays then toast under preheated grill for 3-5 minutes each side until crisp and golden.
- Allow to cool.
- SPRAY a non stick frypan with oil and lightly fry the Haloumi over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
- Spread the Moroccan Harissa onto each bread slice and top with the fried Haloumi, garnish with rocket.
- Serve immediately.
