Turkish Bread with Morrocan Harissa and Haloumi

  1. SPRAY the Turkish bread slices with the garlic olive oil.
  2. Place onto two baking trays then toast under preheated grill for 3-5 minutes each side until crisp and golden.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. SPRAY a non stick frypan with oil and lightly fry the Haloumi over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden on both sides.
  5. Spread the Moroccan Harissa onto each bread slice and top with the fried Haloumi, garnish with rocket.
  6. Serve immediately.
