Et Cetera Sandwiches
- 4 large chicken breasts boiled, boned and diced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise or enough to make spreading consistency
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1 x salt to taste
- 24 slices bread thin slices, toasted on-one side only
- 1 bunch watercress stems-removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces blue cheese optional
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 tb worcestershire sauce
- 1 large avocados thinly sliced
- 16 slices bacon cooked, drained and crumbled
- Combine chicken meat, mayonnaise, salad dressing and salt.
- Spread chicken filling on un-toasted side of 8 slices of bread.
- Cover with watercress.
- Combine cream cheese, Blue cheese, onion salt, garlic salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread cheese filling on 8 slices of bread.
- Cover with avocado.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Place on top of first slices.
- Cover with remaining slices of bread, toasted side up.
- Cut into quarters.
