Spicy Roasted Plums

  1. Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Halve & pit plums; place cut side up in dish.
  3. Stir together pineapple juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, spices - drizzle over plums.
  4. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir together sour cream and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  6. Top plums with sourcream mixture and almonds to serve.
