Veggie Wraps

  1. Heat Wraps on both sides for easy rolling
  2. Slice all veggies
  3. Sautee veggies (I cooked zucchini by itself) then onions, red peppers & mushrooms together
  4. Spread a little mayo (optional) & place cheese down
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese, roll, cut & enjoy
