Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
- 3/4 cup Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate
- 2-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- Mix peanut butter and cereal in medium bowl; shape into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
- for each.
- Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Freeze 30 min.
- or until firm.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package.
- Dip truffles, 1 at a time, in chocolate; shake gently to remove excess chocolate.
- Return to prepared baking sheet.
- Let stand 3 hours or until chocolate is firm.
- Place in airtight container; freeze until ready to serve.
