Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

  1. Mix peanut butter and cereal in medium bowl; shape into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
  2. for each.
  3. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  4. Freeze 30 min.
  5. or until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  7. Dip truffles, 1 at a time, in chocolate; shake gently to remove excess chocolate.
  8. Return to prepared baking sheet.
  9. Let stand 3 hours or until chocolate is firm.
  10. Place in airtight container; freeze until ready to serve.
