Macrobiotic Kiriboshi Daikon Cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. Finely chop the reconstituted kiriboshi daikon.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands.
  4. Once the dough from Step 1 comes together, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Thinly roll out the dough and cut it into your desired shapes.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and it's done!
