Macrobiotic Kiriboshi Daikon Cookies
- 100 grams White flour
- 40 grams Raisins
- 15 grams Kiriboshi daikon (reconstituted)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 ml Water
- Preheat your oven to 200C.
- Finely chop the reconstituted kiriboshi daikon.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands.
- Once the dough from Step 1 comes together, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Thinly roll out the dough and cut it into your desired shapes.
- Bake for 15 minutes and it's done!
