Caramel Cream Parfait

  1. Cook and stir pudding, milk and caramels in saucepan over medium high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  2. Pour into bowl; place waxed paper or plastic wrap directly on pudding.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Fold 1 cup whipped cream into prepared pudding.
  5. Layer pudding mixture and pecans into 4 (6-ounce) parfait glasses.
  6. Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
