Caramel Cream Parfait
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup caramels (about 10)
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped, divided
- 1 cup PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
- Cook and stir pudding, milk and caramels in saucepan over medium high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Pour into bowl; place waxed paper or plastic wrap directly on pudding.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
- Fold 1 cup whipped cream into prepared pudding.
- Layer pudding mixture and pecans into 4 (6-ounce) parfait glasses.
- Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
