Bun Bars Recipe
- 4 c. Chocolate chps
- 4 c. Butterscotch chips
- 3 c. Peanut butter
- 1 jar (12-ounce) dry roasted peanuts
- 1 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (3.125-ounce) vanilla pudding
- 2 lb Powdered sugar
- Heat chips & peanut butter ina double boiler, take off heat & add in dry roasted peanuts.
- Spread half of mix on bottom of 12 x 18" pan.
- Chill.
- Combine butter, lowfat milk, pudding and boil one minute.
- Remove from heat & add in powdered sugar.
- Spread over chilled base.
- Top with other half of chocolate mix and chill.
- Keep in fridge.
