Long Short Grain Brown Rice Recipe

  1. Stove top method.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice, butter and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till all liquid is absorbed, about 45 min.
  6. Remove from heat, let stand covered 5 min.
  7. Fluff with fork.
  8. Serve plain, buttered or possibly serve with other foods.
  9. Serve 4-8 or possibly 3 c..
