Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil, until tender.
  2. Place onion and garlic as well as all remaining ingredients in a large sauce pot.
  3. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours over low heat.
  4. Remove bay leaves before serving.
