Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. Boil pasta to aldente in salted water
  2. Add heavy cream, egg yolks & butter to sauce pan break & stir in the egg yolks & add salt & then turn on the heat to a medium flame.
  3. Stir occasionally & when sauce thickens & before it starts to boil turn off heat
  4. Turn the heat on to low & add the cheese & pasta & mix & let cook for a minute
  5. Plate, eat & enjoy
