Fettuccini Alfredo
- 2 lb fresh fettuccini pasta
- 1 pints heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 salt & pepper
- Boil pasta to aldente in salted water
- Add heavy cream, egg yolks & butter to sauce pan break & stir in the egg yolks & add salt & then turn on the heat to a medium flame.
- Stir occasionally & when sauce thickens & before it starts to boil turn off heat
- Turn the heat on to low & add the cheese & pasta & mix & let cook for a minute
- Plate, eat & enjoy
