Minestrone Soup Recipe

  1. Heat oil in large pot.
  2. Add in garlic, onion, celery, parsley and cook till they are soft.
  3. Stir in broth, water, cabbage, carrots, paste, pepper and sage.
  4. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Add in the zucchini, kidney beans and green beans and cook for another 10 min.
  7. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
