Turkey Cobb Salad Sandwich
- 6 pieces Bacon
- 1 Large Tomato
- 4 slices Red Onion
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 2 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Large Sandwich Rolls
- 6 Tablespoons Your Favorite Salad Dressing
- 4 Medium-Size Green Leaf Lettuce Leaves
- 5 slices Cooked Deli Turkey
- 6 dashes Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until its crispy.
- When its done, set it aside on a paper towel to drain.
- Slice the tomato, onion and avocado.
- Next, peel and then slice the eggs into 4 pieces each.
- Set everything aside while preparing the rolls.
- Add the butter into a large skillet over medium heat.
- As soon as the butter melts, slice each roll in half and lay them with the flat side down onto the butter.
- Keep the bread face side down until it toasts and turns a golden brown color.
- After the rolls are toasted, lay them on a plate flat side up.
- Add your favorite dressing on top of the bread.
- Next lay the lettuce leaves on top of the dressing.
- Then add the bacon, turkey, onions, tomatoes, pepper, avocado, egg, and crumbled blue cheese.
- Top with more of the dressing.
- Add the top half of the roll, and cut in half before serving.
