Scallops in Double Pepper Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic.
  2. Cook until golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the scallops, peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and salt.
  4. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in the capers and serve immediately.
