Grilled Calamari Salad

  1. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  2. parmesan into a 2-inch circle in a non-stick skillet.
  3. Cook on low heat, until melted together and crisp, about 4 min.
  4. on both sides, turning once.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Combine 1/2 cup each radicchio and endive, and 1/3 cup each basil and apples in bowl.
  7. Arrange on serving plate.
  8. Top with 4 oz.
  9. calamari, 1 parmesan crisp and drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  10. dressing.
