Grilled Calamari Salad
- 2 cups KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 qt. radicchio, quartered
- 2 qt. Belgian endive, quartered
- 5-1/3 cups fresh basil, chiffonade
- 5-1/3 cups diced apples
- grilled squid rings and tentacles, sliced
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Creamy Balsamic Dressing
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- parmesan into a 2-inch circle in a non-stick skillet.
- Cook on low heat, until melted together and crisp, about 4 min.
- on both sides, turning once.
- Cool completely.
- Combine 1/2 cup each radicchio and endive, and 1/3 cup each basil and apples in bowl.
- Arrange on serving plate.
- Top with 4 oz.
- calamari, 1 parmesan crisp and drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
