Lemon-Lime Daiquiri Layered Dessert
- 2 cups lemon-lime sherbet, softened
- 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- Just follow our simple steps
- Line 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil.
- Spoon 2 cups softened lemon-lime sherbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes.
- Beat 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup lemon juice.
- Stir in 1 tub (1 L) thawed Cool Whip Topping.
- Spread mixture over sherbet.
- Freeze 3 hours or overnight.
- Cut into slices.
