Easy Sweet & Sour Pork with Mentsuyu
- 300 grams Pork (for curry)
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tsp The juice from grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 Oil
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 8 tbsp Sweet and sour soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 Sesame oil
- Marinate the pork in the ingredients marked .
- Slice the onion and green peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the ingredients marked and set aside.
- Coat the pork in katakuriko and deep-fry.
- Quickly deep-fry the vegetables in oil.
- Put the ingredients marked in a frying pan, let them simmer, then stop the heat.
- Add the katakuriko dissolved in water, turn the heat on again, and let the mixture thicken.
- Add the vegetables and pork, and stir-fry.
- If you like, you can drizzle in some sesame oil when done.
- Transfer to serving plates, and enjoy.
