Easy Sweet & Sour Pork with Mentsuyu

  1. Marinate the pork in the ingredients marked .
  2. Slice the onion and green peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the ingredients marked and set aside.
  4. Coat the pork in katakuriko and deep-fry.
  5. Quickly deep-fry the vegetables in oil.
