Serbian Palacinka

  1. Mix eggs, flower, salt & vanilla
  2. Keep stearing and adding milk until the mixture gets thin
  3. Fry with your choice in a very little amount of butter or oil in a shallow pan, make sure to flip it.
  4. Let it cool a bit , spread jam or any sauce, can be served with a side of whipped cream.
