Fresh Strawberry Dressing

• 1 cup strawberry, rinnsed, hulled, and sliced
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 34 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 12 teaspoon sugar
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons canola oil

2. Place all ingredients except for the oil into the blender or food processer.

4. Blend or process untill pureed, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides.

6. Then add oil and process untill smooth.
