Chunky Guacamole
- 2 avacados, peeled and pit removed
- 5 tbsp. chunky salsa
- 1 sm. tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Peel and remove pit from the avacado and put in blender.
- Chop until fairly smooth.
- Add about 1 tbsp.
- of salsa and blend together.
- Put this in a bowl and add the rest of the salsa along with the tomato and salt to taste.
- Dip away with totilla chips or I use fried fresh tortilla.
