Chili Cheese Strata

  1. In a greased 2-quart casserole, arrange bread cubes evenly. Sprinkle 1-cup cheese evenly over cubes.
  2. Pour chili salsa to cover evenly; set aside.
  3. In large bowl, mix together next 5 ingredients; pour over bread.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Uncover, dust top with paprika.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Yields 8 servings.
