Grilled Fruit Skewers*
- 1 pineapple
- 2 papayas
- 2 pears or 2 peaches
- Soak about 30 wooden skewers in water for at least 15mins.
- Peel and cube pineapple.
- Wash don't peel papaya's, and your other fruit of choice.
- Cube fruit.
- And simpily skewer fruit in any design you wish.
- And now you are ready for the grill, on low heat place skewers and turn every couple minutes until desired tenderness.
- Yummy on it's own or with ice cream.
- Enjoy!
