Blackberry/Lime Pie Recipe
- 1 can (14 ounce.) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Lime juice
- 1 ctn (8 ounce.) whipped topping, thawed Few drops red food coloring, optional
- 1 c. Fresh Blackberries
- 1 x 9 inch graham cracker pie crust,, baked and cooled Blackberries for garnish Fesh mint leaves for garnish
- In a mixing bowl, stir together milka nd lime juict (mix will begin tothicken).
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Add in food coloring if you like.
- Gently mix in Blackberries.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Chill.
- Garnishw ith Blackberries and mint.
