Summer greens smoothie recipe
- 1 handful spinach
- 100 g (3.5oz) sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 55 g (1.9oz) whole strawberries (fresh or frozen), stems removed
- 235 ml (8.3fl oz) filtered water
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- Wash the spinach, peaches, and strawberries (if fresh).
- Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add more water if needed to obtain desired consistency for drinking.
