Fruity PEBBLES Mini Easter Baskets

• 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 2-2/3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 4-1/2 cups fruit-flavored sweetened rice cereal
• 3/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• Green food coloring
• Assorted Easter candies

1. MICROWAVE butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted.
2. Add marshmallows; toss to coat with butter.
3. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until smooth when stirred, stirring after 30 seconds.
4. ADD cereal immediately; mix lightly until well coated.
5. Press 1/2 cup of the mixture onto bottom and up sides of each of 14 medium-sized muffin cups.
6. Cool.
7. PLACE coconut in resealable plastic bag.
8. Add few drops food coloring.
9. Close bag; shake until coconut is evenly coated.
10. Place about 1 tablespoon coconut in each cereal "basket" for "grass"; fill with candies as desired.
11. Makes 14.
