Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

  1. Between 2 Ritz crackers, spread peanut butter, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Set crackers aside.
  3. Spread wax paper over 4 cookie sheets.
  4. In a double boiler over low heat, heat the almond bark.
  5. Mix the bark well, being careful not to let any water in the bark mix (water granulates it).
  6. Using a set of tong, dip each set of crackers in the bark mix.
  7. Place each one on the wax paper.
  8. Press a walnut on top of each one while bark is still warm.
  9. Let cold approximately 30 min before eating.
  10. Enjoy.
  11. Stir in walnut halves in remaining bark, spoon out in small clusters on wax paper for a candy treat.
