Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 4 squares white almond bark
- 4 squares chocolate almond bark
- Creamy style peanut butter
- Ritz crackers
- Walnut halves
- Between 2 Ritz crackers, spread peanut butter, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
- Set crackers aside.
- Spread wax paper over 4 cookie sheets.
- In a double boiler over low heat, heat the almond bark.
- Mix the bark well, being careful not to let any water in the bark mix (water granulates it).
- Using a set of tong, dip each set of crackers in the bark mix.
- Place each one on the wax paper.
- Press a walnut on top of each one while bark is still warm.
- Let cold approximately 30 min before eating.
- Enjoy.
- Stir in walnut halves in remaining bark, spoon out in small clusters on wax paper for a candy treat.
